Grotesk+ Terrace Season Opening w/ Ian Pooley (DE) – Saturday, May 31st

The terrace doors swing open once again for summer ‘25 — and trust us, we’ve got something special brewing. First up in our four-part series: a proper heavyweight to kick things off.

Stepping into the booth is none other than Ian Pooley (DE) — a true icon of house music. From the early ’90s underground to the present day, Ian’s sound has always hit different: deep, groovy, and full of soul, drawing on everything from Detroit and Chicago to Brazilian rhythms and jazz-flecked flair.

With sets that have lit up dance floors from Panorama Bar to Glastonbury, Ian knows how to read a room — and take it somewhere unforgettable.

Backing him up? A dream team of our own: Mihut Naita, A. Myllykoski, and visuals by the inimitable Random Doctors — expect the energy high and the detail dialled all the way in.

Afters presents: BIZI - Wendesday, June 4th

The lights go low, the tempo lifts — and Afters returns for summer ‘25.

First up: rising Finnish powerhouse Bizi, stepping up for a special live set. Known for his slick flow, razor-sharp delivery and punchy production, Bizi’s been turning heads across the scene with chart-toppers and bold collabs. From viral hits to festival stages, he’s carved out his own lane — playful, precise, and impossible to ignore.

Grotesk Live w/ Misha & The Band – Friday June 6th

We’re kicking off the summer with a one-off live session — and who better to set the tone than Misha & The Band?

Hailing from Helsinki, Misha has quietly become one of Europe’s most exciting names in alt-R&B, racking up over 90M Spotify streams, co-signs from BBC 1Xtra, Soulection, and Wonderland Mag, and placements on HBO Max. His lush, jazz-rooted productions have featured GRAMMY-nominated artists like Amber Navran and Nate Smith — and now, they’re hitting the terrace live.

Expect glowy chords, dreamy atmospheres, and deep grooves — all elevated by a full band of top-tier musicians and vocalists. First time at G, and we’re buzzing.

Our only Grotesk Live, and their only gig in Finland this summer.

Grotesk+ w/ DouDou MD (NL) – Friday June, 13th

Our terrace series continues — and this second instalment of Grotesk+ brings serious heat.

Landing direct from Amsterdam is Doudou MD (NL) — one of the most exciting selectors shaping the future-forward underground. Co-founder of the cutting-edge United Identities label alongside Carista, Doudou’s sets blend leftfield house, soul-soaked rhythms, percussive twists, and basslines that know exactly where to land.

With appearances at Dekmantel Selectors, Boiler Room, and nights across Europe’s sharpest club scenes, she brings that rare blend of intuition and intensity — the kind that makes a dancefloor feel electric from the first track.

Afters presents: Röge/Hukas - Wednesday June 25th

The Afters series rolls on — this time with two rising forces from the Finnish scene lighting up the terrace.

First up: Hukas, bringing his sharp ear for production and genre-blending sound to set the tone just right.

Then it’s over to Röge, one of the most compelling voices in Finnish alt-rap right now. With moody textures, tight lyricism and tracks like “VAR” and “Näytän”, Röge continues to carve a unique path through the scene — and this live set’s your chance to catch him up close.

After the live shows, the tempo shifts — DJs take over, and we roll through ’til late.

Balearic Beats w/ Enzo Elia - Saturday, June 28th

As the summer sun graces the terrace, we kick off the season with Balearic Beats, bringing a night of sun-drenched rhythms and coastal vibes.

Headlining the evening is Enzo Elia (IT), a maestro known for his eclectic sets that seamlessly blend Balearic, disco, and house. With performances at iconic venues like Berlin’s Sisyphos, Watergate, and Renate, as well as international stages in Tokyo and Tel Aviv, Enzo has captivated audiences worldwide .

His productions, including releases under his alias El Freakadell, showcase his versatility and deep musical knowledge. Expect a journey through lush soundscapes, groovy basslines, and unexpected gems that set the perfect tone for a summer evening.

Afters presents: Jokrates - Wednesday July 2nd

The After series continues with a special performance by Finnish hip-hop artist Jokrates. Celebrated for his sharp lyricism and genre-blending sound, Jokrates has been a significant figure in Finland’s music scene since 2018. His track “Rio” reached #8 on Spotify’s Top 50 chart and achieved gold status, while his EP “Laatikko,” created during Finland’s most-watched livestream, showcased his innovative approach to music.

Experience Jokrates live on the terrace, delivering a set filled with introspective lyrics and infectious beats. Following the performance, the night transitions into a DJ-led afterparty, keeping the energy high until the early hours.

Afters presents: Lyttä & Tohtori Getto - Wednesday July 9th

Kicking mid-summer into gear, we’re welcoming the powerhouse duo Lyttä & Tohtori Getto to the terrace for a proper no-frills live session under the sky. Hailing from the Jyväskylä-based KPC collective, the pair have carved out a bold space in Finland’s rap underground — known for sharp rhymes, gritty charm, and beats that hit different.

Their joint projects “Lyttä & Tohtori Getto!!” and “Kaks nimee” are cult favourites, blending raw lyricism with genre-hopping production that keeps heads nodding.

Come through early, catch the gig, and stay late as the night flips into full-blown afterparty mode with DJs spinning through ‘til close.

With releases on Delusions of Grandeur, Toy Tonics, and Pen & Paper, their sound bridges the analogue warmth of live instrumentation with crate-digging dancefloor sensibility. From Panoramabar to Gottwood, Sónar to Corsica Studios, their sets are a joyride through funk-laced house, broken beat, hip-hop, and soul — always delivered with that signature Session Victim bounce.

She’s graced stages from Berghain to Glastonbury, and now she’s bringing her inimitable energy to our terrace.
